Notice of Potential Quorum of Newport City Council

The City Council of the City of Newport will hold a social gathering with the Adjutant General of the State of Oregon, Commander of the Oregon National Guard, in honor of Loyalty Days at 10:15 a.m., Friday, May 4, 2007, in Conference Room “A” at the Newport City Hall, 169 S.W. Coast Hwy., Newport, OR 97365.

The social gathering location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired, or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities, should be made at least 48 hours in advance of the gathering to Peggy Hawker, City Recorder (541)574-0613.

The Council reserves the right to add or delete items as needed and to discuss any other business deemed necessary at the time of the gathering.
