Express Yourself @ Your Library, the Teen Summer Contest, is for youth ages 12 to 18. Sign-up begins June 1st at the library's front desk. Teens signing up will receive a contest record book. Raffle tickets can be earned for:

• Reading 150 pages
• Working one hour as a community volunteer (Church, Aquarium, Hospital, etc.)
• Reading ten magazine articles
• Reading aloud to someone else for one hour
• Listening to an audio book for one hour

There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets a person may earn. Weekly drawings will be held each Friday at 11:00 a.m. Winners will be contacted as soon as possible. Weekly drawing will be held from June 19 through August 7.

Prizes and gift certificates will be awarded weekly from:

A Grand Prize Drawing will be held August 20 for dinner and movies for 2, two $25 gift certificates from Fred Meyer, a Pyromania glass float, or a Marine Discovery Tour trip for 2.
