FREE Senior Health Fair

Newport Senior Activity Center announces “THE BRAIN TRAIN” will be coming down the tracks on October 25th from 10-2pm 

We will have lots of food, fun, games, prizes and a wealth of booths offering information regarding health, fitness, wellness and a better way of life. 

We will learn new ideas on healthy eating to put our bodies into better shape and improve our minds for a longer more enjoyable life.  

Testing will be available for blood pressure, hearing and bone density Guests will include:
