"Finally a 3-on-3 tournament indoors"

 

 

   

 

Games will be indoors at the fantastic Newport Recreation Center or local school gyms. You will not have to play any games on blacktop. No road rash or sunburn here!


Date:August 18th and 19th 2012

 

Fees:

Youth Teams: $50

Adult Teams: $80


Format: Saturday's games will seed teams for a single elimination tournament on Sunday.

Rules: Teams will have at least 3 players, and there is no maximum roster size.
Games will be 3-on-3 half court “losers ball.”
Games will be “call your own fouls” on Saturday,although there will be volunteers on hand to resolve any disputes. Sunday's games will be officiated.
Following each game, the captains must present their scores to the Scorers table.


Age Groups: 11-14, Open, Masters.
To compete in the Masters category, the average age of your players on court must be over 45.


T-Shirts: If the team is registered before August 9th 2010, Each player will receive a tournament T-Shirt when they check in on game day.
Registration: No registrations will be accepted on the day of the tournament!
Team captains must register their teams at the Newport Recreation Center. All players must have signed the attached registration form, and the entry fee must be paid before registrations will be accepted.
