REVISIONS - PLEASE BE ADVISED:
As of January 1, 2010, three revised sections of the Newport Zoning Ordinance went into effect: Section 2-5-2 (Adjustments and Variances), Section 2-5-3 (Conditional Uses), and Section 2-6-1 (Procedural Requirements). The revisions made to each of these sections resulted in minor revisions to the procedural requirements in various other sections. As of December 18, 2009, a revised Section 2-4-6 (Flood Hazard Area) went into effect, and as of November 18, 2009, a revised Subdivision Ordinance became effective.

The revised subdivision code is effective as of November 18, 2009, and is now part of the Newport Zoning Ordinance.
