Geologic Hazards
On July 18, 2011, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2017 amending the Zoning Ordinance to update the Geologic Hazards Overlay section. A link is provided below to view the ordinance with the attached updates to the Zoning Ordinance, the Comprehensive Plan, and the Municipal Code. Ordinance No. 2017 becomes effective August 17, 2011.
